Sometimes your opinion may change regarding the products you have purchased, but do not worry, as we at Owaqad will do everything in our power to make the exchange or return process as simple and smooth as possible.


Exchange, return, installation and shipping policy


  1. The product can be returned within 3 days and exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order from shipping.
  2. It is possible to return or exchange if the product is in the same original condition and is wrapped in the original packaging for all products. In terms of bathtubs and showers, the protection layer must not be removed, and no silicone layer must be added to it.
  3. The installation value will not be refunded after use in the event of a return
  4. Return and exchange include all products in the event of a manufacturing defect or delivery error.
  5. The customer bears all shipping costs to and from the store in the event of an exchange or return, unless there is a manufacturing defect or a delivery error.
  6. Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment is in good condition and free of defects or breakages
  7. After receiving the products to be returned or exchanged, they will be inspected and examined, and it will be determined whether the products meet the terms of the exchange or return policy or do not comply.
  8. In the event of non-compliance, the customer will bear the costs of inspection and shipping to his address again.
  9. Shipping costs and electronic payment fees are not refundable, and the exchange or return shipment cost fee will be deducted

  13. Installation orders, if submitted, cannot be cancelled. (But we seek to contact Munjiz to return the amount to you.)
  14. The installation does not include any other accessories such as silicone or plumbing extensions, and only includes the installation of the product sold through the store on the site only.
  15. The installation service is provided by the (Munjaz) application, and the request is submitted through us after ordering.

Warranty policy



  1. In terms of guaranteeing bathtubs and showers, we guarantee them for a period of 10 years against manufacturing defects or color change, provided that no chemical substances that negatively affect the product (acid and color solvents) are added.
  2. On the Majali side, we guarantee it for one year against rust if no chemicals are added
